Dr. R. Shridhar adorns multiple hats in the capacity of a distinguished Academician, Corporate Trainer, Executive Coach and Consultant. A Ph.D in Management, he is currently the Vice Chancellor of the Prestigious Kalinga University.
He started his career in the Pharmaceutical Sector and served various organizations of repute Duphar Interfran Limited, Jenburkt Pharma Limited, Sami Labs Ltd. at tactical and strategic positions. With a career spanning over two decades with such multinational companies, he has been instrumental in developing strategies, driving campaigns, spearheading market research for numerous pharmaceutical products. Apart from leading and driving teams & campaigns, Dr. Shridhar had also trained numerous Sales and Marketing Professionals in relevant segments like Brand Management, Consumer Behavior, and Field Motivation to name a few.
After his stint in Sales & Marketing, Dr. Shridhar joined the academic fraternity as the Dean – Faculty of Management Studies at RITEE Group of Institutions, Raipur. Further, he went ahead to serve Kalinga University, first as a Dean Faculty of Management Studies. For the last four years he is functioning as the Vice Chancellor of the University. He is a well-known Start Up Mentor as well.
